Woodhaven Dental is proud to offer a discount plan for our patients who do not have dental coverage. For just a one-time annual payment, you and your family can receive your cleanings, x-rays, exams, as well as any needed emergency visits for the entire year PLUS 20% off of any additionally needed treatment.
Details
Payment for the Woodhaven Dental Membership Discount Plan is expected at the time of purchase, and coverage will begin immediately and extend through until the same date of the following year. If these benefits are not used within the year of purchase, you forfeit those benefits as they will not roll over to the next year if unused.
